Friendly check-in in the afternoon, attentive employees. Impressive & modern room with comfortable beds. Great service and great value. The shuttle to-and-from airport, clean pool. Location close enough to the adjoining indoor water park and shopping mall down the interstate.

free breakfast, good locations. staff was friendly. comfortable beds, big room.
watery eggs, same menu 4 of the 5 mornings. could often hear the people above us, sounded like they were stomping around. had to stay an extra night due to spouse in hospital and was charged $400 for the one night, after i'd paid for 4 on Booked.net. water park cost an additional $18 and it was either that or no pool at all.

The hotel was perfect and had an ideal location near major sites on the west side of South Dakota, a waterpark, and the airport. Thanks to the very amiable and extremely helpful staff, everything was outstanding.

Rooms were nice. Staff was nice. Location was great. We would stay here again.
For our hotel Price our family should have had free water park passes for our entire stay. Instead we had to pay for them above and beyond the price of our rooms. This made us sad and upset.

The room we had was exceptional, it had a modern vibe and a comfortable king-sized bed, as well as the promised amenities, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to many tourist sites such as Mt. Rushmore, Badlands, Ellsworth Airplane Museum, Custer State park...It's connected to a popular water park. Surprisingly, the hotel and our room were kept clean and did not smell like the water park. The hallway was quiet. We stayed there for the July 4th week. The guests were all really nice and courteous. The breakfast ladies were amazing. Don't know how they kept up with all the guests every morning.
The free breakfast was mediocre. But it's free so can't complain. The bed was a little too soft.

My room was very small and its was very noisy and loud. Also did not hot water to even shower so the rest of my family could not. We spent a lot of money to stay there. Front desk said that they would just look into it... Nothing was ever said or done after that. Very poor. Never stay there again.

The queen room was good-sized and well-equipped with a king bed, so that guests had essentials. The breakfast was complimentary; fresh fruit and hot waffles. The staff was helpful, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

On there website it has pictures of water park, but fails to tell you that it costs $17.99 per day!!! The whole reason I booked hotel was for the water park thinking it was free! For price of hotel not worth it!
